About Via Marina Neighborhood

Via Marina neighborhood is composed of Single Family homes,Townhouses, and Condos. There are a few Apartment Buildings that offer rental units along Victoria Avenue.  Centered within the community is Christa McAuliffe Elementary School as well as Carl Dwire special education school. Adjacent to these schools is Via Marina park which creates a central community environment where families commonly walk late in the evening with their loved ones and their pets. This particular neighborhood is encompassed by Wooley Road, Patterson Road, Hemlock Street, and Victoria Avenue measuring approximately .47 square miles. The desirability of this neighborhood is greatly attributed to its proximity to the Ocean, the Oxnard Marina, as well as Seabridge Marketplace where families enjoy coffee shops, fine restaurants, supermarkets and more.
